Cross-Model Transfer — 21 instruction-tuned models

Every row is one complete pipeline run: activations collected, refusal direction and Cohen's-d signature fit on that model, then evaluated over the same held-out 100 harmful + 100 harmless out-of-distribution prompts. Counts are out of 100. Pass definitions match each model's own comparison_report.html exactly.
